In case of purchase by card payment, the full amount of the order will be deducted from your card, the backorder listed items will be delivered as soon as they arrive at our warehouse and no additional shipping fee will be charged. Invoice for companies and associations
For companies and associations, we offer to send an invoice when an order is delivered from our warehouse. The invoice fee is 35SEK and the maturity time usually takes 10 working days.

Terms and Conditions
Attempting fraud is reported to the police and we reserve the right to cancel the purchase if this is claimed.
Nordic Swim and Sport AB reserves the right to “print errors” and we can´t guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the product.
If a product has expired or for some other reason is not available in stock, Nordic Swim and Sports AB is not obliged to provide the customer with the product as long as there is a similar alternative to offer. All product images can´t be guaranteed to match the exact appearance of the product.
Rights of regret / returning rights
You have full return and replacement right within 14 days from when you have received the goods. Provided that you have not used the goods and returned in undamaged condition. When returning or replacing goods, you are responsible for the cost of return. If an item is incorrect we will stand for return freight. This only applies on our standard products that you can find on our standard e-store, you can find in your´s country e-store here www.tyrnordic.com. It does not apply on products that are connected to yours club portfolio, so product with a team logo on them.

Complaints should be made within 30 days of delivery and you always have 3 years of complaint notice by law.
Our complaint time is 9 months on our bags and clothes and 6 months on our swimswear, sunglasses and other swim equipment where we replace with brand new product. After that time, we can compensate for the damage to the product where it may be that we replace with a new product or at a reduced price.
Keep in mind that chlorine abrases all materials.
For longest lifespan, swimwear should be rinsed in tap water after each use and they should not be dried in the sauna, drying cabinet or dryer and should not be washed in a washing machine or with a laundry detergent. If the swimwear has been exposed to external influences such as nails, sharp edges, water slides or similar, it is not an approved complaint.
