Shipping
For orders up to 1 kg, we use Postnord. The order is usually distributed directly to the mailbox. The cost is 49 SEK.
The order will be delivered after the last date you can registered an order, delivery time is 3-6 week and some product can have a longer delivery time.

Payment
Online Payment
Safe and secure online payment with Visa or MasterCard immediately after placing your order. Your payment is provided by DIBS, with secure encryption under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and can’t be read by anyone other than your bank. No additional fees are charged for credit card payment.
In case of purchase by card payment, the full amount of the order will be deducted from your card, the backorder listed items will be delivered as soon as they arrive at our warehouse and no additional shipping fee will be charged. If this is not desired please contact our customer service and we will refund the amount that corresponds to your remaining order (please state your order number).

When you pay via Klarna, it simple and safe for you to shop online. You never need to enter your card details, and always pay after you have received your goods.

A fee of 35SEK per purchase is added. If the payment is not received, a reminder fee of 50.00 SEK and a penalty interest of 25.50% will be added. The payment method for you who wants to choose how much you pay each month. But Klarna’s account is more than that. In case of a purchase of 10,000SEK with Klarna Account basic terms, the setup fee is 0SEK. The current annual rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is 11458SEK. The number of installments is 12 and each part is 955SEK. The example assumes that the payment will take place over one year.

Invoice for companies and associations
For companies and associations, we offer to send an invoice when an order is delivered from our warehouse. The invoice fee is 35SEK and the maturity time usually takes 10 working days.
Prices
If you are registered as an individual, the prices are listed including VAT of 25%. Nordic Swim and Sport AB reserves the right to adjust prices in relation to changes in currency, taxes, fees or similar. Nordic Swim and Sport AB is reserve for any incorrect pricing in the web shop.
Terms and Conditions
Attempting fraud is reported to the police and we reserve the right to cancel the purchase if this is claimed.
Nordic Swim and Sport AB reserves the right to “print errors” and we can´t guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual appearance of the product.
If a product has expired or for some other reason is not available in stock, Nordic Swim and Sports AB is not obliged to provide the customer with the product as long as there is a similar alternative to offer. All product images can´t be guaranteed to match the exact appearance of the product.
Rights of regret / returning rights
You have full return and replacement right within 14 days from when you have received the goods. Provided that you have not used the goods and returned in undamaged condition. When returning or replacing goods, you are responsible for the cost of return. If an item is incorrect we will stand for return freight. This only applies on our standard products that you can find on our standard e-store, you can find in your´s country e-store here www.tyrnordic.com. It does not apply on products that are connected to yours club portfolio, so product with a team logo on them.
The right to return an item for 14 days from that the goods have been received and provided the product is unused and in undamaged, saleable condition, and is in the original packaging. Except product with printed team logo on them.

Reclamation
Complaints should be made within 30 days of delivery and you always have 3 years of complaint notice by law.
Our complaint time is 9 months on our bags and clothes and 6 months on our swimswear, sunglasses and other swim equipment where we replace with brand new product. After that time, we can compensate for the damage to the product where it may be that we replace with a new product or at a reduced price.
Keep in mind that chlorine abrases all materials.
For longest lifespan, swimwear should be rinsed in tap water after each use and they should not be dried in the sauna, drying cabinet or dryer and should not be washed in a washing machine or with a laundry detergent. If the swimwear has been exposed to external influences such as nails, sharp edges, water slides or similar, it is not an approved complaint.

We take responsibility for all personal information, such as the name, address and social security number, which you provide to us or which we will receive when you become a member of our web shop. The information you provide to us is only used within the company’s computer system. We will use collected information to fulfill commitments to you and provide the best possible service. It can be about delivering the goods you ordered, conducting credit checks, sending information about Nordic Swim and Sport AB and other promotional offers.
